Acupuncture 

Kathleen is a licensed acupuncturist who uses the combination of traditional acupuncture, Five Elements acupuncture (mind-body), manual therapies, nutritional/supplement counseling and herbal prescriptions to create a treatment plan that empowers patients to take care of their own health. 

She is well-versed in western lab testing and offers functional interpretation and counseling to help you make significant changes to bring you to your most optimum health.

Education

Kathleen received her B.S. in Biology at UC Santa Cruz. After graduation, she enrolled at Five Branches University to obtain her Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine with a certificate in Five Elements Acupuncture. While in school, she took on Teaching Assistant roles in the Herbal Department to gain a deeper understanding of the applications of herbal treatments used in Traditional Chinese Medicine. Much of her clinical rounds were in the Five Elements Department which deals mainly with mental and emotional disorders and she has a proven track-record of success related to female reproductive issues. As a Fellow of the American Board of Oriental Medicine, Kathleen is particularly passionate about supporting couples struggling with fertility and seeks to support healing on all three levels of the mind, body and spirit.
